Due to it’s growth, gone are the days where having a “China” plan merely meant being in China. Nowadays, the companies that wish to enter the Chinese market can no longer rely on just being in China. They need to have a sound strategy that understands the cultural demands of the Chinese consumer, that knows how to avoid legal pitfalls, as well as understands how to develop the right avenues for growth.
Through my experience hee in China and through networking and developing relationships with CEOs, Financial Analysts, Salesmen, Marketing Managers, School owners, Doctors, Politicians, Consultants, Teachers and Students alike I have come to better understand the Chinese mentality, and when surprised by something unexpected, I have learned where to turn for advice. Through this close group of consultants I have also developed a keen understanding of what it takes to be successful in China.
Understanding business principles from the west and bringing them and testing them in China is one of my greatest passions. Through that, I have learned some of what works in China, what doesn’t work, as well as some things that only work in China but would never work in the U.S.
My goal is to help bring and share my expertise and know-how with businessmen and visionaries interested in this thrill of a ride that will be the economic expansion of this sleeping giant.
